• Atm8i is not liable for any losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the member's end.
• Atm8i is not liable for any activity that occurs on a member's account as a result of the member's own negligence in safeguarding their password.
• Any claim against atm8i must be filed within 30 days of the date of the disputed incident.

Atm8i reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, atm8i is committed to informing members of any significant changes via email or an in-platform notice at least three days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the atm8i platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all eligible credit balances.

Members may close their atm8i account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Account closures will be processed within three business days. All eligible credit balances (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via their original payment method within 7 business days.
